²¹ And if he is poor, and his hand is not able to reach these things , then he shall take one lamb as a guilt offering, for a wave offering, to atone for himself, and one tenth part offlour mixed with oil for a food offering,and a log of oil, ²² and two turtledoves, or two young doves, which his hand can reach; and one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering. ²³ And he shall bring them in to the priest on the eighth day for his cleansing, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before Jehovah. ²⁴ And the priest shall take the lamb of the guilt offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them as a wave offering before Jehovah; ²⁵ and he shall kill the lamb of the guilt offering; and the priest shall take some of the blood of the guilt offering, and he shall put it on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and onthe big toe of his right foot. ²⁶ And the priest shall pour the oil on the left hand of the priest; ²⁷ and the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil on his palm, seven times before Jehovah. ²⁸ And the priest shall put some of the oil on his palm on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of the right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, on the place of the blood of the guilt offering. ²⁹ And the rest of the oil on the priest's palm he shall put on the head of him who is to be cleansed, to atone for him, before Jehovah. ³⁰ And he shall offer one of the turtledoves, or of the young doves, from that which he is able to reach;
