The Israelites were subdued at that time. The Judahites succeeded because they depended on the Lord, the God of their ancestors.
Thus the children of Yisra'el were brought under at that time, and the children of Yehudah prevailed, because they relied on the LORD, the God of their fathers.
Thus the children of Israel were brought under at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied upon the Lord God of their fathers.

And so the people of Judah were victorious over Israel, because they relied on the Lord , the God of their ancestors.
And the Israelites were subdued at that time, and the people of Judah were victorious, for they relied upon Yahweh the God of their ancestors.
And the sons of Israel were humbled at that time, and the sons of Judah were strong. For they leaned on Jehovah the God of their fathers.
Thus were the children of Israel subdued at that tyme, but the children of Iuda were comforted, for they put their trust in ye LORDE God of their fathers.
Thus the children of Israel were brought under at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied upon Jehovah, the God of their fathers.
So at that time the children of Israel were overcome, and the children of Judah got the better of them, because they put their faith in the Lord, the God of their fathers.
