1 Everyone who believes that Yeshua is the Messiah has God as his father, and everyone who loves a father loves his offspring too. 1 Every one that believes that Jesus is the Christ is begotten of God; and every one that loves him that has begotten loves also him that is begotten of him. 1 Whoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God. Clarke's Notes on the Bible

Verso 1 Juan 5:3 . Porque esto es el amor de Dios.  Esto es lo que necesariamente produce el amor de Dios. Es vano pretender amar a Dios mientras vivimos en oposición a su voluntad.

Sus mandamientos.  Amarlo con todo nuestro corazón, y a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos, no son gravosos; porque ningún hombre está cargado con los deberes que impone su propio amor . El antiguo proverbio explica el significado de las palabras del apóstol, El amor no siente cargas . El amor a Dios trae fuerza de Dios; por su amor y su fuerza , todos sus mandamientos no sólo son fáciles y ligeros, sino agradables y deleitables. Sobre el amor de Dios, como fundamento de todo culto religioso, hay un buen dicho en Sohar Exod ., fol. 23, col. 91: "Rabí Jesa dijo: ¡Cuán necesario es que un hombre ame al santo bendito Dios! Porque él no puede traer otra adoración a Dios que el amor; y quien lo ama y lo adora desde un principio de amor, él, el santo bendito Dios llama a su amado".
