No man knoweth who the sonne is, but the father, and who the father is, but the sonne, and he to whom the sonne wyll shewe hym. ²³ And he turned to his disciples, & sayde secretely: Happy are the eyes which see the thynges that ye see. ²⁴ For I tell you, that many prophetes and kynges haue desired to see those thynges whiche ye see, & haue not seene them, and to heare those thinges which ye heare, and haue not hearde them.
