Job 24:13 — GOD. There is a pause between Job 24:12 and Job 24:13 . "They" is emphatic = These. Note the three stages of the 1awless: (1) avoiding the light (Job 24:16 . John 3:20 ); (2) consequent ignorance; (3) final result.

Psalms 104:4 — Who, &c. Quoted in Hebrews 1:7 . spirits. Angels are spirits (Hebrew. ruach. App-9 ), and are called so in Hebrews 1:7 , Heb 1:14 ; 1 Peter 3:19 (compare 1 Peter 3:22 ). ministers = servants. Compare Psalms 103:21 .

Psalms 35:19 — that hate me. Quoted in John 15:25 . without a cause. Note the same Greek word there ( dorean ) as in Romans 3:24 , rendered "freely", but meaning "without a cause". Compare Psalms 35:7 , and Psalms 69:4 ; Psalms 109:3 .

Psalms 50:3 — shall come. The promise of Exodus 3:7 , Exodus 3:8 turned into a prayer. Compare Isaiah 11:11 . not keep silence. Now He is keeping silence. But He will speak again, and here we are told what He will say.
