וְשִׁלַּחְתִּ֤י

and will judge you

ū·šə·p̄aṭ·tîḵ

וּשְׁפַטְתִּ֖יךְ

according to your ways

kiḏ·rā·ḵā·yiḵ;

כִּדְרָכָ֑יִךְ

and will recompense

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

your abominations

tō·w·‘ă·ḇō·ṯā·yiḵ.

תּוֹעֲבֹתָֽיִךְ׃

will I have pity

ḏə·rā·ḵa·yiḵ

I will recompense you

and your abominations

wə·ṯō·w·‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯa·yiḵ

וְתוֹעֲבוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙

in the middle

תִּֽהְיֶ֔יןָ

that you shall know

וִידַעְתֶּ֖ם

haṣ·ṣə·p̄î·rāh

הַצְּפִירָ֛ה

O you that dwell

the sounding again

of the mountains

Now will I shortly

miq·qā·rō·wḇ,

אֶשְׁפּ֤וֹךְ

you and accomplish

wə·ḵil·lê·ṯî

וְכִלֵּיתִ֤י

and I will judge you

ū·šə·p̄aṭ·tîḵ

וּשְׁפַטְתִּ֖יךְ

according to your ways

kiḏ·rā·ḵā·yiḵ;

כִּדְרָכָ֑יִךְ

and will recompense

wə·nā·ṯat·tî

your abominations

tō·w·‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯā·yiḵ.

תּוֹעֲבוֹתָֽיִךְ׃

will I have pity you

according to your ways

kiḏ·rā·ḵa·yiḵ

כִּדְרָכַ֜יִךְ

I will repay

and your abominations

wə·ṯō·w·‘ă·ḇō·w·ṯa·yiḵ

וְתוֹעֲבוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙

[that] in the middle

תִּֽהְיֶ֔יןָ

that you shall know

וִֽידַעְתֶּ֕ם

that attacks

is gone forth

haṣ·ṣə·p̄i·rāh,

has blossomed

ham·maṭ·ṭeh,

haz·zā·ḏō·wn.

into a staff

of wickedness

of their people

mê·hă·mō·w·nām

of their wealth

me·hĕ·mê·hem

[shall there be] wailing

let not the buyer

haq·qō·w·neh

do let rejoice

and the seller

wə·ham·mō·w·ḵêr

וְהַמּוֹכֵ֖ר

yiṯ·’ab·bāl;

[is] the multitude

hă·mō·w·nāh.

ham·mō·w·ḵêr,

that which is sold

הַמִּמְכָּר֙

and although they were yet

although they were yet alive

[is] multitude

do [which] return

and shall any

by his iniquity

ba·‘ă·wō·nōw

strengthen himself

yiṯ·ḥaz·zā·qū.

יִתְחַזָּֽקוּ׃

They have blown

ḇat·tā·qō·w·a‘

בַתָּק֙וֹעַ֙

to the battle

lam·mil·ḥā·māh;

לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה

[is] the multitude

hă·mō·w·nāh.

[is] outside

and the pestilence

wə·had·de·ḇer

and the famine

wə·hā·rā·‘āḇ

[is] in the field

by the sword

[is] in the city

and pestilence

shall devour

yō·ḵă·len·nū.

יֹאכֲלֶֽנּוּ׃

But they who escape

of them shall escape

pə·lî·ṭê·hem,

פְּלִ֣יטֵיהֶ֔ם

and shall be

the mountains

of the valleys

hag·gê·’ā·yō·wṯ

הַגֵּאָי֛וֹת

of them mourning

over his own iniquity

ba·‘ă·wō·nōw.

בַּעֲוֹנֽוֹ׃

hay·yā·ḏa·yim

shall be feeble

תִּרְפֶּ֑ינָה

בִּרְכַּ֖יִם

shall be weak

and They shall also gird

[themselves] with sackcloth

and shall cover

wə·ḵis·sə·ṯāh

[shall be] faces them

their silver

into the streets

They shall cast

יַשְׁלִ֗יכוּ

and their gold

their silver

and their gold

to deliver them

lə·haṣ·ṣî·lām,

לְהַצִּילָ֗ם

of the wrath

yə·śab·bê·‘ū,

יְשַׂבֵּ֔עוּ

and their bowels

yə·mal·lê·’ū;

the stumbling block

of their iniquity

and As for the beauty

of his ornament

and the images

of their abominations

ṯō·w·‘ă·ḇō·ṯām

of their detestable things

šiq·qū·ṣê·hem

שִׁקּוּצֵיהֶ֖ם

but they made

and I will give

ū·nə·ṯat·tîw

וּנְתַתִּ֤יו

it into the hands

of the strangers

and to the wicked

וּלְרִשְׁעֵ֥י

of the earth

[wə·ḥil·lə·lu·hā

[וְחִלְּלֻהָ

they shall pollute

(wə·ḥil·lə·lū·hū.

(וְחִלְּלֽוּהוּ׃

and will I turn

wa·hă·sib·bō·w·ṯî

וַהֲסִבּוֹתִ֤י

and they them

and they shall pollute

wə·ḥil·lə·lū

and shall enter

[place] for the robbers

wə·ḥil·lə·lū·hā.

וְחִלְּלֽוּהָ׃

hā·rat·tō·wq;

and the city

and Why I will bring

וְהֵֽבֵאתִי֙

of the nations

and they shall possess

their houses

בָּֽתֵּיהֶ֑ם

and to cease

wə·hiš·bat·tî

וְהִשְׁבַּתִּי֙

I will also make the pomp

of the strong

and shall be defiled

their holy places

mə·qaḏ·šê·hem.

מְקַֽדְשֵׁיהֶֽם׃

and they shall seek

then shall they seek

from a prophet

shall perish

from the priest

from the elders

miz·zə·qê·nîm.

מִזְּקֵנִֽים׃

yiṯ·’ab·bāl,

and the prince

shall be clothed

with desolation

of the people

shall be troubled

tib·bā·hal·nāh;

תִּבָּהַ֑לְנָה

to their conduct

מִדַּרְכָּ֞ם

and according to their deserts

ū·ḇə·miš·pə·ṭê·hem

וּבְמִשְׁפְּטֵיהֶ֣ם

will I judge them

אֶשְׁפְּטֵ֔ם

and they shall know
