וַאֲבִיה֜וּא

from his censer

way·yit·tə·nū

וַיִּתְּנ֤וּ

way·yā·śî·mū

וַיָּשִׂ֥ימוּ

way·yaq·ri·ḇū

וַיַּקְרִ֜בוּ

he commanded

And there went out

and devoured

and they died

way·yā·mu·ṯū

in those who come near me

I will be consecrated

I will be glorified

And held his peace

’el·ṣā·p̄ān,

your brothers

the sanctuary

lam·ma·ḥă·neh.

לַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

so they went near

way·yiq·rə·ḇū,

וַֽיִּקְרְב֗וּ

and carried them

way·yiś·śā·’um

וַיִּשָּׂאֻם֙

in their coats

bə·ḵut·to·nō·ṯām,

בְּכֻתֳּנֹתָ֔ם

lam·ma·ḥă·neh;

לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה

and to Eleazar

ū·lə·’el·‘ā·zār

וּלְאֶלְעָזָר֩

and to Ithamar

ū·lə·’î·ṯā·mār

וּלְאִֽיתָמָ֨ר ׀

רָֽאשֵׁיכֶ֥ם

תִּפְרָ֣עוּ ׀

and your clothes

ū·ḇiḡ·ḏê·ḵem

וּבִגְדֵיכֶ֤ם

lest wrath come

but let your brothers

wa·’ă·ḥê·ḵem

haś·śə·rê·p̄āh,

הַשְּׂרֵפָ֔ה

and from the door

ū·mip·pe·ṯaḥ

[is] upon you

And they did

way·ya·‘ă·śū

וַֽיַּעֲשׂ֖וּ

according to the word

nor strong drink

תֵּ֣שְׁתְּ ׀

nor your sons

when you come

bə·ḇō·’ă·ḵem

[it shall be] a statute

throughout your generations

lə·ḏō·rō·ṯê·ḵem.

לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶֽם׃

that you may distinguish

ū·lă·haḇ·dîl,

וּֽלֲהַבְדִּ֔יל

haṭ·ṭā·hō·wr.

that you may teach

ū·lə·hō·w·rōṯ

the children

the statutes

אִ֨יתָמָ֥ר ׀

that were left

han·nō·w·ṯā·rîm

הַנּֽוֹתָרִים֒

the grain offering

ham·min·ḥāh,

that remains

han·nō·w·ṯe·reṯ

הַנּוֹתֶ֙רֶת֙

made by fire

wə·’iḵ·lū·hā

וְאִכְל֥וּהָ

ham·miz·bê·aḥ;

הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ

And you shall eat

wa·’ă·ḵal·tem

וַאֲכַלְתֶּ֤ם

because [it is]

from the offerings by fire

I have been commanded

hat·tə·nū·p̄āh

הַתְּנוּפָ֜ה

the shoulder

hat·tə·rū·māh,

הַתְּרוּמָ֗ה

shall you eat

and your sons

and your daughers

ū·ḇə·nō·ṯe·ḵā

וּבְנֹתֶ֖יךָ

[they are] your due

[which] are given

out of the sacrifices

of peace offerings

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

hat·tə·rū·māh

הַתְּרוּמָ֞ה

and the breast

hat·tə·nū·p̄āh,

הַתְּנוּפָ֗ה

the offerings made by fire

ha·ḥă·lā·ḇîm

shall they bring

a wave offering

and it shall be

and your sons

ū·lə·ḇā·ne·ḵā

וּלְבָנֶ֤יךָ

by a statute

has commanded

of the sin offering

it was burnt

and he was angry

way·yiq·ṣōp̄

[who were] left

han·nō·w·ṯā·rim

הַנּוֹתָרִ֖ם

the sin offering

in the place

and He has given it

the iniquity

of the congregation

to make atonement

the sanctuary

you should indeed have eaten

in the sanctuary

have they offered

their sin offering

their burnt offering

and have befallen

wat·tiq·re·nāh

וַתִּקְרֶ֥אנָה

and if I had eaten

wə·’ā·ḵal·tî

וְאָכַ֤לְתִּי

the sin offering

should it have been accepted

in the sight

וַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע

and he was content

in his sight

בְּעֵינָֽיו׃
