In P Masp III. 67169bis .47 (Byz.) στήθους ἐπι ̣σ ̣τ ̣[άν ]τ ̣ο ̣ς ̣, the word appears to mean a small ";hillock"; of sand (cited by Preisigike Wörterb. s.v.). MGr στήθι (ἀστήθι).
