Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition
אֲזַי i.q. אָז adv. then, at that time, thereupon, -Ps. 124:35. Similar is the Ch. אֱרַיִן. As to the final ־ַי, it belongs to the root according to the analogy of the form דְּוַי. [But see Ges. corr. in אָז.]
