אֶזְרָח m. (for זְרַח with Aleph prosthetic)
(1) a native tree, not transplanted into another soil, Psalms 37:35. The root is זָרַח, in the sense of shooting forth.
(2) a native, used in speaking of men, Leviticus 16:29, 18:26, etc.
