עֲיָם Isaiah 11:15, בַּעְיָם רוּחוֹ “in the terror of his wrath,” i.e. in his terrible wrath; or, as I prefer, “with his terrible wind,” i.e. most vehement wind. Rightly, therefore, given by the LXX. ἐν πνεύματι βιαίῳ; Vulg. in fortitudine spiritus sui.
