Qal Perfect 3 feminine singular עָֽשְׁשָׁה מִכַּעַם עֵינִי Psalm 6:8 my eye is wasted from grief, = Psalm 31:10 (בְּכַעַס; + נַפְשִׁי, בִּטְנִי; 3 plural עֲצָמַי עָשֵׁ֫שׁוּ Psalm 31:11.
עָשַׁשׁ i.q. בָּלָה to fall away
(a) used of clothes falling to pieces from use, and from being moth-eaten (see עָשׁ, عُشّةُ a moth, whence عَثَّ to gnaw as a moth).
(b) used of the face, as having become lean through sickness or care (einfallen, verfallen), Psalms 6:8, 31:10, 11 Psalms 31:11. Arab. عَشَّ to fall away, to become lean.
