 צַח adjective dazzling, glowing, clear; — חֹםצַח Isaiah 18:4 glowing heat; רוּחַ צַח Jeremiah 4:11 glowing wind; דּוֺדִי צַח וְאָדוֺם Song of Solomon 5:10 my beloved is dazzling (white) and ruddy (compare Lamentations 4:7); feminine plural לְדַבֵּר צַחוֺת Isaiah 32:4 to speak clear (words), clearly.

צַח m. adj. (from the root צָחַח)

(1)  bright, white, Song of Solomon 5:10 specially

(2) sunny, serene, clear. Isaiah 18:4, חֹם צַח “clear heat.” Jeremiah 4:11, רוּחַ צַח “a serene wind,” i.e. hot. Arab. and Syr. id.

(3) trop. clear, perspicuous; used of words, Isaiah 32:4.
