II of persons, not spending, ἀ. χρημάτων εἰς τὸ δέον Arist. VV 1251b7; ἀ. καταστῆσαι τὸ κοινόν Michel 1007.33 (Teos), cf. Inscr.Prien. 111.133 (i B. C.).
