With your arm you redeemed your people, the children of Jacob and Joseph. Selah

We will not hide them from their children, telling the next generation the praises of Yahweh, and his power and his wonders that he has done.

For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach to their children,

so that the next generation might know— children yet to be born— that they might rise up and tell their children,

Let the groaning of the prisoner come before you. According to the greatness of your power, spare the children appointed to death.

Assyria also has joined with them. They provide help to the children of Lot. Selah

Remember what my lifespan is. Remember for what vanity you have created all the children of humankind.

Let your work be visible to your servants, and your majesty to their children.

As a father pities his children, so Yahweh pities those who fear him.

But the loyal love of Yahweh is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to their children's children,
