Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning Ahab son of Kolaiah and Zedekiah son of Maaseiah, who are prophesying a lie to you in my name: I am going to deliver them into the hand of King Nebuchadrezzar of Babylon, and he shall kill them before your eyes.

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: In your own name you sent a letter to all the people who are in Jerusalem, and to the priest Zephaniah son of Maaseiah, and to all the priests, saying,

Thus says the Lord , the God of Israel: Write in a book all the words that I have spoken to you.

But they shall serve the Lord their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.

And you shall be my people, and I will be your God.

At that time, says the Lord , I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

For there shall be a day when sentinels will call in the hill country of Ephraim: "Come, let us go up to Zion, to the Lord our God."

Indeed I heard Ephraim pleading: "You disciplined me, and I took the discipline; I was like a calf untrained. Bring me back, let me come back, for you are the Lord my God.

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Once more they shall use these words in the land of Judah and in its towns when I restore their fortunes: "The Lord bless you, O abode of righteousness, O holy hill!"

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord : I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Take these deeds, both this sealed deed of purchase and this open deed, and put them in an earthenware jar, in order that they may last for a long time.

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Houses and fields and vineyards shall again be bought in this land.

Ah Lord God ! It is you who made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.

You show steadfast love to the thousandth generation, but repay the guilt of parents into the laps of their children after them, O great and mighty God whose name is the Lord of hosts,

Yet you, O Lord God , have said to me, "Buy the field for money and get witnesses"—though the city has been given into the hands of the Chaldeans.

See, I am the Lord , the God of all flesh; is anything too hard for me?

Now therefore thus says the Lord , the God of Israel, concerning this city of which you say, "It is being given into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence":

They shall be my people, and I will be their God.

For thus says the Lord , the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city and the houses of the kings of Judah that were torn down to make a defense against the siege ramps and before the sword:

Thus says the Lord , the God of Israel: Go and speak to King Zedekiah of Judah and say to him: Thus says the Lord : I am going to give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.
