But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment, than for you.

Nevertheless don't rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.

But he, desiring to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbor?

But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he was moved with compassion,

But Martha was cumbered about much service; and she came up to him, and said, Lord, don't you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Then tell her to help me.

But the Lord answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and upset about many things:

but one thing is needful: for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

But some of them said, By Beelzebul the prince of the demons he casts out demons.

But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house [divided] against a house falls.

But, if by the finger of God I cast out demons, then has the kingdom of God come on you.

but when a stronger than he shall come on him, and overcome him, he takes from him his whole armor wherein he trusted, and divides his spoils.

But he said, On the contrary, blessed are those that hear the word of God, and keep it.

And when the multitudes were gathering together to him, he began to say, This generation is an evil generation: it seeks after a sign; and there shall be no sign given to it but the sign of Jonah.

No man, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a cellar, neither under the bushel, but on the stand, that those which enter in may see the light.

The lamp of your body is your eye: when your eye is single, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of darkness.
