For the bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."

It is written in the prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.' Everyone who hears from the Father and learns comes to me.

(Not that anyone has seen the Father except the one who is from God—this one has seen the Father.)

If anyone wants to do his will, he will know about my teaching, whether it is from God or I am speaking from myself.

So some of the Pharisees were saying, "This man is not from God, because he does not observe the Sabbath!" Others were saying, "How can a man who is a sinner perform such signs?" And there was a division among them.

So they summoned the man who had been blind for the second time and said to him, "Give glory to God! We know that this man is a sinner!"

We know that God has spoken to Moses, but we do not know where this man is from."

We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if someone is devout and does his will, he listens to this one.

If this man were not from God, he would not be able to do anything!"

The Jews answered him, "We are not going to stone you concerning a good deed, but concerning blasphemy, and because you, although you are a man, make yourself to be God!"

If he called them ‘gods' to whom the word of God came—and the scripture cannot be broken—

do you say about he whom the Father set apart and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,' because I said, ‘I am the Son of God'?

And when he heard it, Jesus said, "This sickness is not to death, but for the glory of God, in order that the Son of God may be glorified through it."
