and they saw the God of Israel. There was under his feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness.

And he did not lay his hand on the chief men of the people of Israel; they beheld God, and ate and drank.

So Moses rose with his assistant Joshua, and Moses went up into the mountain of God.

I will dwell among the people of Israel and will be their God.

And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.

and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship,

And he gave to Moses, when he had finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.

But Moses implored the Lord his God and said, "O Lord , why does your wrath burn hot against your people, whom you have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?

The tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets.

And he said to them, "Thus says the Lord God of Israel, ‘Put your sword on your side each of you, and go to and fro from gate to gate throughout the camp, and each of you kill his brother and his companion and his neighbor.'"

The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, "The Lord , the Lord , a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness,

(for you shall worship no other god, for the Lord , whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God),

Three times in the year shall all your males appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel.

For I will cast out nations before you and enlarge your borders; no one shall covet your land, when you go up to appear before the Lord your God three times in the year.

The best of the firstfruits of your ground you shall bring to the house of the Lord your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk."

When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand as he came down from the mountain, Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God.

and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship,

You shall season all your grain offerings with salt. You shall not let the salt of the covenant with your God be missing from your grain offering; with all your offerings you shall offer salt.

"When a leader sins, doing unintentionally any one of all the things that by the commandments of the Lord his God ought not to be done, and realizes his guilt,

For I am the Lord your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy. You shall not defile yourselves with any swarming thing that crawls on the ground.
