but to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him, and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we by Him.

But food will not commend us to God. For neither if we eat do we excel, nor if we do not eat are we lacking.

For it has been written in the Law of Moses, "You shall not muzzle an ox treading out grain." Deut. 25:4 Is it that it matters to God as to oxen?

to those without Law as without Law (not being without Law of God, but under the law of Christ), that I might gain those without Law.

Yet God was not pleased with most of them, "for they were scattered in the deserted place." Num. 14:16

No temptation has taken you except what is human; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able. But with the temptation, He will also makethe way out, so that you may be able tobear it .

But the things the nations sacrifice, "they sacrifice to demons, and not to God." Deut. 32:17 But I do not want you to become sharers of demons;

Then whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things to the glory of God.

Be without offense both to Jews and Greeks, and to the assembly of God.

But I want you to know that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ.

For truly a man ought not to have the head covered, being the image and glory of God. But woman is the glory of man;

For as the woman is out of the man, so also the man through the woman; but all things are from God.

You judge among yourselves: is it fitting for a woman to pray to God unveiled?

But if anyone thinks to be contentious, we do not have such a custom, nor the assemblies of God.

For do you not have houses in which to eat and to drink? Or do you despise the assembly of God, and shame those who have not? What do I say to you? Shall I praise you for this? I do not praise.

Because of this I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, Jesus is a curse. And no one is able to say Jesus is Lord, except by the Holy Spirit.

And there are differences of workings, but the same God is working all things in all.

But now God set the members, each one of them, in the body, even as He desired.

But our presentable members have no need. But God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to the member having need,

And God placed some in the assembly: firstly, apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers; then works of power; then gifts of healing, helps, governings, kinds of languages.
