For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He that takes the wise in their craftiness:

Let a man so account of us, as of attendants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts; and then shall each man have his praise from God.

For, I think, God has set forth us the apostles last of all, as men doomed to death: for we are made a spectacle to the world, both to angels and men.

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

But those that are outside God will judge. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Don't be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,

nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

And such were some of you: but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.

Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body:

and God both raised the Lord, and will raise up as through his power.

Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? shall I then take away the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? God forbid.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? and you are not your own;

for you were bought with a price: glorify God therefore in your body.

Yet I would that all men were even as I myself. Nevertheless each man has his own gift from God, one after this manner, and another after that.

Yet if the unbelieving departs, let him depart: the brother or the sister has not been bound in such [cases]: but God has called you in peace.

Only, as the Lord has distributed to each man, as God has called each, so let him walk. And so I direct in all the churches.

Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing; but the keeping of the commandments of God.

Brothers, let each man, wherein he was called, therein abide with God.

But she is happier if she abides as she is, after my judgment: and I think that I also have the Spirit of God.
