nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.

"Speak to Aaron, saying: "No man of your descendants in succeeding generations, who has any defect, may approach to offer the bread of his God.

No man of the descendants of Aaron the priest, who has a defect, shall come near to offer the offerings made by fire to the LORD. He has a defect; he shall not come near to offer the bread of his God.

He may eat the bread of his God, both the most holy and the holy;

Nor from a foreigner's hand shall you offer any of these as the bread of your God, because their corruption is in them, and defects are in them. They shall not be accepted on your behalf."'

You shall eat neither bread nor parched grain nor fresh grain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

"When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field when you reap, nor shall you gather any gleaning from your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and for the stranger: I am the LORD your God."'

And you shall do no work on that same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before the LORD your God.

And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days.

"Then you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying: "Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

You shall have the same law for the stranger and for one from your own country; for I am the LORD your God."'

Therefore you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the LORD your God.

Take no usury or interest from him; but fear your God, that your brother may live with you.

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God.

You shall not rule over him with rigor, but you shall fear your God.

For the children of Israel are servants to Me; they are My servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Deuteronomy 7:12-24; 28:1-68">[xr] "You shall not make idols for yourselves; neither a carved image nor a sacred pillar shall you rear up for yourselves; nor shall you set up an engraved stone in your land, to bow down to it; for I am the LORD your God.

I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.
