And the city has no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine on it: for the glory of God lightened it, and the lamp thereof [is] the Lamb.

And he showed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

And there shall be no curse anymore: and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be therein: and his slaves shall serve him;

And there shall be no more night; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign forever and ever.

And he said to me, These words are faithful and true: and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angels to show to his slaves the things which must shortly come to pass.

And he says to me, Don't do it: I am a fellow slave with you and with your brothers the prophets, and with those that keep the words of this book: worship God.

I testify to every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add to them, God shall add to him the plagues which are written in this book:

and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book.
