And by this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: And his commandments are not difficult.

If we accept the testimony of men, how much greater is the testimony of God: for this is the testimony of God, which he has testified of his Son.

He who believes on the Son of God has this testimony in himself: he who does not believe God, has made him a liar; because he does not believe the record that God gave of his Son.

And this is the testimony, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us:

If any man see his brother commit a sin which is not worthy of death, let him ask and Eternal Life. 1 John 5 life will be granted him, if he has not committed a sin worthy of death. There is a sin worthy of death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true, and we are in him who is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should follow it.

Whosoever transgresses, and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. He who abides in His doctrine, has both the Father and the Son.

For he who bids him to eat is partaker of his evil works.

Because they have gone forth for his name''s sake, taking nothing from the Gentiles.
