So Esau returned that day on his way to Seir.

Ask me ever so much dowry and gift, and I will give according to as you shall say to me: but give me the damsel as wife.

These men are peaceful with us; so let them dwell in the land, and trade therein; for, look, the land is large enough for them; let us take their daughters to us for wives, and let us give them our daughters.

So Jacob came to Luz, which is in the land of Canaan (the same is Beth-el), he and all the people that were with him.

And he said to him, Go now, see whether it is well with your brothers, and well with the flock; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the valley of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

And he asked Pharaoh's officers that were with him in ward in his master's house, saying, Why do you look so sad today?

And the ill-favored and lean-fleshed kine ate up the seven well-favored and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored to my office, and him he hanged.

and when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill-favored, as at the beginning. So I awoke.

And Pharaoh said to Joseph, Since God has shown you all of this, there is none so discreet and wise as you:

and bring your youngest brother to me; so shall your words be verified, and you shall not die. And they did so.

and bring your youngest brother to me: then I shall know that you are no spies, but that you are true men: so I will deliver you your brother, and you shall traffic in the land.

And Israel said, Why did you deal so ill with me, as to tell the man whether you had yet a brother?

And their father Israel said to them, If it is so now, do this: take of the choice fruits of the land in your vessels, and carry down to the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spicery and myrrh, nuts, and almonds;

And he took [and sent] messes to them from before him: but Benjamin's mess was five times so much as any of theirs. And they drank, and were merry with him.

Isn't this that in which my lord drinks, and whereby he indeed uses it for magic? you have done evil in so doing.

And he said, Far be it from me that I should do so: the man in whose hand the cup is found, he shall be my slave but as for you, you get up in peace to your father.

So now it wasn't you that sent me here, but God: and he has made me "Father of Pharaoh", and "Lord of All His House", and "Ruler Over All The Land of Egypt".

And the sons of Israel did so: and Joseph gave them wagons, according to the commandment of Pharaoh, and gave them provision for the way.

So he sent his brothers away, and they departed: and he said to them, See that you don't fall out by the way.
