When the man came up out of the water, the Holy Spirit whisked Phil away, and the man never saw him again. But the man did rejoice at what had happened.

The men riding with Saul couldn't believe what was happening. They heard a voice but saw nothing other than Saul falling to the ground.

Saul got up, but when he opened his eyes, he was blind. His friends led his horse all the way to Damascus.

But Jesus said, "Head out. I've chosen Saul to be my cowboy to the Gentiles, kings, as well as the people of Israel.

But all this controversy just strengthened Saul's message, and he showed them God was with him by proving to a bunch of Jews living in Damascus that Jesus was the Top Hand everyone had been waiting on.

They waited in ambush at the city gates, but Saul found out about it.

He hightailed it for Jerusalem to meet with the twelve cowboys, but they were all afraid of him. They didn't really believe he had been converted, but that it was a plot to have them arrested.

But Barnabas helped him out and took him to the cowboys. He told the men how Saul had come face to face with Jesus on the road to Damascus and he'd had to escape the city in secret because of his preaching about Jesus being the Top Hand. Barnabas told them about Saul's fearlessness in preaching.

Pete showed up and they took him upstairs where Tabitha was. The room was like a set of shipping pens filled with cattle. But it was folks who were all mourning the loss of a great woman. They cried and showed Pete the clothes and coats Tabitha had made for them.

Cornelius was spooked something awful, but he managed to ask, "Yes, sir?"The angel said, "Listen, buddy. God has seen what you've been doing and he thinks it's awesome.

But the voice was adamant and said, "It ain't your job to declare something clean or not. If God says to eat it, then it is clean and you can eat it."

But Pete lifted him up and said, "Whoa, cowboy. I'm just a man like you."

The first thing Pete said was, "Now y'all know it is against the Jewish Code for me to walk in someone's house who ain't Jewish. But God showed me yesterday that things have changed. No one is unclean in his eyes anymore.

but God brought him back to life three days later. God let him appear,

not to everyone, but to the cowboys who rode for his Son. We ate and drank with him after he came ridin' back from the grave.

But sure enough, these Gentiles were speaking in languages they didn't know and praising the Boss.Then Pete said,

But when Pete got back to Jerusalem, some of the boys who rode for God tried to get on his case.

"But then the voice said, 'It ain't your job to declare something clean or not. If God says to eat it, then it is clean and you can eat it.'

Then I recalled what Jesus said, 'John baptized with water, but I'm gonna dunk y'all with the Holy Ghost.'

This shut everyone up, but for just a second. After that, everyone began praising God. Many people agreed, "God has now given outsiders a chance to come onto the ranch and live forever!"
