But now the LORD my God has given me rest on every side, so that there is neither adversary nor evil occurrence.

BUT Solomon took thirteen years to build his own house and to finish it.

And the staves were so long that the ends of them were seen from the holy place before the inner house, but they were not seen outside; and there they are to this day.

Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

But the LORD said to David my father, Whereas it was in your heart to build a house to my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

Nevertheless you shall not build the house to my name; but your son who shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house to my name.

But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have built?

But turn toward the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken to the supplication and to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee this day;

Moreover concerning a stranger who is not of thy people Israel, but comes from a far country for thy names sake

But if you shall indeed turn from following me, you or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods and worship them;

But of the children of Israel Solomon made no slaves; because they were his men of war and his servants and his princes and his mighty men and commanders of his chariots and his horsemen.

But Pharaohs daughter came up out of the city of David to the house which Solomon had built for her; then he built Millo.

BUT King Solomon loved many foreign women, as well as the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Ammonites, Moabites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;

And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods; but he kept not that which the LORD commanded him.

Nevertheless, in your days I will not do it for David my servants sake; but I will rend it out of the hand of your son.

However I will not rend away all the kingdom; but will give one tribe to your son for David my servants sake and for Jerusalems sake, the city which I have chosen.

But Hadad fled, he and certain Edomites from among his fathers servants into Egypt, Hadad being yet a little boy.

But Pharaoh said to him, What have you lacked with me that, behold, you seek to go to your own country? And he answered, Nothing; but do let me go.

(But he shall have one tribe for my servant Davids sake and for Jerusalems sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel);

Nevertheless I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand; but I will make him a ruler all the days of his life for David my servants sake, whom I chose because he kept my commandments and my statutes;
