And the wild beast that was, and no longer is, even he is the eighth, and is one of the seven destined to be destroyed.

And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet; but receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast.

These are in one accord, and they shall give their strength and authority to the beast.

And the ten horns, and the wild beast which you saw shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

For God has put into their hearts to do his will, and to be of one accord, and to give their Kingdom to the wild beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, and has become a habitation of those possessed with devils, and the shelter of every foul spirit and the shelter of every unclean and detestable bird and the shelter of every unclean and loathsome wild beast.

Then I saw the wild beast and the kings of the earth, and their armies gathered together to fight against him who sat on the horse, and against his armies.

And the wild beast was taken and with him the false prophet who wrought miracles before him with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the wild beast, and those who worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them: and the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and who had not worshipped the wild beast, neither his image, nor had received his mark upon their foreheads or on their hand, lived and reigned with their Christ these thousand years. * But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.

And the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where also are the beast and the false prophet; and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
