10 And I fell at his feet, to worship him. And he said to me, See, [fn] not; I am thy fellow-servant, and of those thy brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship ye God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

His eyes [fn] like a flame of fire, and on his head [fn] many diadems; and he had names inscribed; and the name which was written on him, no one knew, except himself.

And he was clothed with a vesture sprinkled with blood; and his name is called, The Word of God.

And from his mouth issued a sharp two-edged sword, that with it he could smite the nations; and he will rule the nations with a rod of iron; and he will tread the wine-press of the wrath of God Almighty.

And he hath upon his vesture and upon his thigh the words written: King of kings, and Lord of lords.

And I saw the beast of prey, and the kings of the earth, and their warriors, that they assembled to wage battle with him who sat on the [fn] horse, and with his warriors.

And the beast of prey was captured, and the false prophet that was with him, who did those prodigies before him, whereby he seduced them who had received the mark of the beast of prey and who worshipped his image. And they were both cast alive into the lake of fire, which burneth with sulphur.

21 And the rest were slain by the sword of him that sat on the horse, by that [fn] which issueth from his mouth: and all the fowls were satiated with their flesh.

And I saw an angel that descended from heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain in his hand.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in this first resurrection: over them the second death hath no dominion; but they shall be, [fn] are, priests of God and of his Messiah; and they will reign with him the thousand years.

And when these thousand years shall be completed, Satan will be released from his prison;

And the sea gave up the dead in it; and death and the grave gave up the dead in them. And they were judged, each one according to his deeds.

And I heard a great voice from heaven, which said: Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men; and he dwelleth with them: they will be his people; and God will be with them, a God to them.

He that overcometh, shall inherit these things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

And there will be no blight any more: and the throne of God and the Lamb will be in it; and his servants will minister to him.

And they will see his face, and his name [fn] on their foreheads.

And he said to me: These words [fn] faithful and true. And the Lord God of the spirit of the prophets, hath sent me, his angel, to show unto his servants the things that must soon occur.

Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to recompense every one according to his work.

Blessed are they who do his commandments, that they may have a right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

And if any one shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his portion from the tree of life, and from the holy city, which are described in this book.
