Save us, Lord our God,and gather us from the nations,so that we may give thanks to your holy nameand rejoice in your praise.

so they may know that this is your handand that you, Lord, have done it.

Open my eyes so that I may contemplatewondrous things from your instruction.

Depart from me, you evil ones,so that I may obey my God’s commands.

Sustain me so that I can be safeand always be concerned about your statutes.

Like a servant’s eyes on his master’s hand,like a servant girl’s eyes on her mistress’s hand,so our eyes are on the Lord our Goduntil he shows us favor.

The scepter of the wicked will not remainover the land allotted to the righteous,so that the righteous will not apply their hands to injustice.

May the Lord bless you from Zion,so that you will see the prosperity of Jerusalemall the days of your life

But with you there is forgiveness,so that you may be revered.

As when one plows and breaks up the soil,turning up rocks,so our bones have been scatteredat the mouth of Sheol.

so that he may guard the paths of justiceand protect the way of his faithful followers.

So follow the way of the good,and keep to the paths of the righteous.

Wisdom is supreme—so get wisdom.And whatever else you get, get understanding.

so that you may maintain discretionand your lips safeguard knowledge.

So now, sons, listen to me,and don’t turn away from the words from my mouth.

So it is with the one who sleeps withanother man’s wife;no one who touches her will go unpunished.

The one who commits adultery lacks sense;whoever does so destroys himself.

So I came out to meet you,to search for you, and I’ve found you.
