'Shall not the workers of iniquity know it, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and call not upon God?'

O God, save me by Thy name, and right me by Thy might.

O God, hear my prayer; give ear to the words of my mouth.

Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is for me as the upholder of my soul.

Give ear, O God, to my prayer; and hide not Thyself from my supplication.

We took sweet counsel together, in the house of God we walked with the throng.

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain thee; But Thou, O God, wilt bring them down into the nethermost pit; {N}but as for me, I will trust in Thee.

Be gracious unto me, O God, for man would swallow me up; all the day he fighting oppresseth me.

In God--I will praise His word--

Because of iniquity cast them out; in anger bring down the peoples, O God.

Then shall mine enemies turn back in the day that I call; this I know, that God is for me.

Thy vows are upon me, O God; I will render thank-offerings unto Thee. For thou hast delivered my soul from death; hast Thou not delivered my feet from stumbling? {P}

Be gracious unto me, O God, be gracious unto me, for in Thee hath my soul taken refuge;

I will cry unto God Most high; unto God that accomplisheth it for me.

Be Thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; Thy glory be above all the earth.

My heart is stedfast, O God, my heart is stedfast; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises.
