Gracious is the Lord , and righteous; Yes, our God is compassionate.

The Lord is God, and He has given us light; Bind the festival sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar.

You are my God, and I give thanks to You; You are my God, I extol You.

Depart from me, evildoers, That I may observe the commandments of my God.

For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.

Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to the Lord our God, Until He is gracious to us.

You who stand in the house of the Lord , In the courts of the house of our God!

Give thanks to the God of gods, For His lovingkindness is everlasting.

Give thanks to the God of heaven, For His lovingkindness is everlasting.

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!

O that You would slay the wicked, O God; Depart from me, therefore, men of bloodshed.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts;

I said to the Lord , "You are my God; Give ear, O Lord , to the voice of my supplications.

"O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.

For my eyes are toward You, O God , the Lord; In You I take refuge; do not leave me defenseless.

Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.

I will sing a new song to You, O God; Upon a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You,

How blessed are the people who are so situated; How blessed are the people whose God is the Lord !
