The earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.
Psalms 24:1
The earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof; the world, and all that dwell in it.
For He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters.
Psalms 24:2
He has founded it upon the seas, and prepared it upon the rivers.
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place?
Psalms 24:3
Who shall go up to the mountain of the Lord, and who shall stand in his holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.
Psalms 24:4
He that is innocent in his hands and pure in his heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, nor sworn deceitfully to his neighbour.
He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psalms 24:5
He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, and mercy from God his Saviour.
This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face.Selah
Psalms 24:6
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek the face of the God of Jacob. Pause.
Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
Psalms 24:7
Lift up your gates, ye princes, and be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors; and the king of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.
Psalms 24:8
Who is this king of Glory? the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
Psalms 24:9
Lift up your gates, ye princes; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the king of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory.Selah
Psalms 24:10
Who is this king of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is this king of glory.
