Vindicate me, O LORD, For I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the LORD; I shall not slip.
Psalms 26:1
Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in my innocence: and hoping in the Lord I shall not be moved.
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; Try my mind and my heart.
Psalms 26:2
Prove me, O Lord, and try me; purify as with fire my reins and my heart.
For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.
Psalms 26:3
For thy mercy is before mine eyes: and I am well pleased with thy truth.
I have not sat with idolatrous mortals, Nor will I go in with hypocrites.
Psalms 26:4
I have not sat with the council of vanity, and will in nowise enter in with transgressors.
I have hated the assembly of evildoers, And will not sit with the wicked.
Psalms 26:5
I have hated the assembly of wicked doers; and will not sit with ungodly men.
I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O LORD,
Psalms 26:6
I will wash my hands in innocency, and compass thine altar, O Lord:
That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, And tell of all Your wondrous works.
Psalms 26:7
to hear the voice of praise, and to declare all thy wonderful works.
LORD, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells.
Psalms 26:8
O Lord, I have loved the beauty of thy house, and the place of the tabernacle of thy glory.
Do not gather my soul with sinners, Nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Psalms 26:9
Destroy not my soul together with the ungodly, nor my life with bloody men:
In whose hands is a sinister scheme, And whose right hand is full of bribes.
Psalms 26:10
in whose hands are iniquities, and their right hand is filled with bribes.
But as for me, I will walk in my integrity; Redeem me and be merciful to me.
Psalms 26:11
But I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy upon me.
My foot stands in an even place; In the congregations I will bless the LORD.
Psalms 26:12
My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless thee, O Lord.
