The king said to Barzillai, “Cross over with me, and I’ll provide for you at my side in Jerusalem.” The king said to Barzillai, Come you over with me, and I will sustain you with me in Yerushalayim. And the king said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem. The king said to Barzillai, "You cross over with me, and I will provide for you to dwell with me in Jerusalem." And the king said to Barzillai, "Come over with me, and I will provide for you with me in Jerusalem." David said to Barzillai, "Cross the river with me. Come with me to Jerusalem, and I will take care of you." So the king said to Barzillai, "Cross over with me, and I will take care of you while you are with me in Jerusalem." The king said to Barzillai, "Cross over with me and I will provide for you in Jerusalem with me." So the king said to Barzillai, "You cross over with me, and I will provide you food in Jerusalem with me." And the king said vnto Barzillai, Come ouer with me, and I will feede thee with me in Ierusalem. And the king said to Barzillai, "You pass over with me and I will sustain you in Jerusalem with me." David said to him, "Cross the river and go to Jerusalem with me. I will take care of you." Barzillai was a very old man, eighty years old; he had provided for the king's needs when he was staying at Machanayim; for he was a wealthy man. And the king said to Barzillai, Pass thou over with me, and I will maintain thee with me in Jerusalem. David said to Barzillai, "Come across the river with me. I will take care of you if you will live in Jerusalem with me." And the king said to Barzillai, Come along with me, and I will feed you with me in Jerusalem. The king said to him, "Come with me to Jerusalem, and I will take care of you." And the king said to Barzillai, You pass over with me and I will sustain you with me in Jerusalem. And the kynge sayde vnto Barsillai: Thou shalt go ouer with me, I wyll take care for the wt myne awne selfe at Ierusalem. And the king said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will sustain thee with me in Jerusalem. And the king said to Barzillai, Come over with me, and I will take care of you in Jerusalem. And the king said vnto Barzellai, come ouer with me, & I will feede thee with me in Hierusalem. Now Barzillai was a very aged man, even fourscore years old; and he had provided the king with sustenance while he lay at Mahanaim; for he was a very great man. And the king said vnto Barzillai, Come thou ouer with me, and I will feede thee with me in Ierusalem. And the king said to Berzelli, Thou shalt go over with me, and I will nourish thine old age with me in Jerusalem. And the king said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will sustain thee with me in Jerusalem. The king said to Barzillai, "Cross over with me, and I will provide for you at my side in Jerusalem." Therfor the kyng seide to Berzellai, Come thou with me, that thou reste sikirli with me in Jerusalem. and the king saith unto Barzillai, `Pass thou over with me, and I have sustained thee with me in Jerusalem.' And the king said to Barzillai, You come over with me, and I will sustain you with me in Jerusalem. And the king said to Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem. And the king said to Barzil'lai, "Come over with me, and I will provide for you with me in Jerusalem." and the king says to Barzillai, "Pass over with me, and I have sustained you in Jerusalem with me." "Join me in Jerusalem," the king said to Barzillai. "Let me take care of you." The king said to Barzillai, "You cross over with me and I will sustain you in Jerusalem with me."

Gill's Notes on the Bible

And the king said to Barzillai, come thou over with me,.... Over Jordan; Barzillai came with an intent to accompany the king over Jordan; but the king meant not only to go over Jordan, but when over to go further with him, even to Jerusalem:

and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem; meaning, that he should dwell with him in his palace, and eat at his table, in return for feeding him at Mahanaim.
