יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

וְאָמַרְתָּ֞

הַכְּנָפַ֙יִם֙

הַמַּמְלִ֣יךְ

bam·mil·ḥā·māh,

בַּמִּלְחָמָ֔ה

by casting up

בִּשְׁפֹּ֥ךְ

and building

nə·p̄ā·šō·wṯ

and Seeing he despised

the covenant

he had given

he has despised

that my covenant

he has broken

and even it will I recompense

ū·nə·ṯat·tîw

וּנְתַתִּ֖יו

בְּרֹאשֽׁוֹ׃

and I will spread

ū·p̄ā·raś·tî

וּפָרַשְׂתִּ֤י

and he shall be taken

וְנִתְפַּ֖שׂ

bim·ṣū·ḏā·ṯî;

בִּמְצֽוּדָתִ֑י

and I will bring him

wa·hă·ḇî·’ō·w·ṯî·hū

וַהֲבִיאוֹתִ֣יהוּ

and will plead

wə·niš·paṭ·tî

וְנִשְׁפַּטְתִּ֤י

for his trespass

he has trespassed

his fugitives

(מִבְרָחָ֤יו

by the sword

and they who remain

wə·han·niš·’ā·rîm

וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִ֖ים

shall be scattered

yip·pā·rê·śū;

יִפָּרֵ֑שׂוּ

you shall know

וִידַעְתֶּ֕ם

דִּבַּֽרְתִּי׃

and I will also take

wə·lā·qaḥ·tî

וְלָקַ֣חְתִּי

of the highest branch

miṣ·ṣam·me·reṯ

מִצַּמֶּ֧רֶת

and will set

wə·nā·ṯāt·tî;

from the topmost

a of his young twigs

yō·nə·qō·w·ṯāw

יֹֽנְקוֹתָיו֙

tender one [it]

I will crop off

and will plant

wə·šā·ṯal·tî

וְשָׁתַ֣לְתִּי

a mountain [it]

In the mountain

will I plant

’eš·to·len·nū,

אֶשְׁתֳּלֶ֔נּוּ

and it shall bring forth

and it shall dwell

in the shade

of the branches

dā·lî·yō·w·ṯāw

דָּלִיּוֹתָ֖יו

thereof shall they dwell

tiš·kōn·nāh.

תִּשְׁכֹּֽנָּה׃

And shall know

of the field

have brought down

הִשְׁפַּ֣לְתִּי ׀

have exalted

הִגְבַּ֙הְתִּי֙

have dried up

הוֹבַ֙שְׁתִּי֙

up the green

and to flourish

wə·hip̄·raḥ·tî

וְהִפְרַ֖חְתִּי

have made the dry

דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי

and have done

wə·‘ā·śî·ṯî.

וְעָשִֽׂיתִי׃
