יִרְמְיָ֖הוּ

ḥil·qî·yā·hū;

חִלְקִיָּ֑הוּ

hak·kō·hă·nîm

הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙

ba·‘ă·nā·ṯō·wṯ,

בַּעֲנָת֔וֹת

בִּנְיָמִֽן׃

יֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּ

out of the womb

I consecrated you

nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā.

נְתַתִּֽיךָ׃

I shall send

’eš·lā·ḥă·ḵā

אֶֽשְׁלָחֲךָ֙

you shall go

’ă·ṣaw·wə·ḵā

you you shall speak

of their faces

mip·pə·nê·hem;

מִפְּנֵיהֶ֑ם

For I am with you to deliver you

lə·haṣ·ṣi·le·ḵā

לְהַצִּלֶ֖ךָ

Then put forth

וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח

in your mouth

hip̄·qaḏ·tî·ḵā

הִפְקַדְתִּ֣יךָ ׀

hag·gō·w·yim

the kingdoms

ham·mam·lā·ḵō·wṯ,

הַמַּמְלָכ֔וֹת

and to pull down

wə·lin·ṯō·wṣ

and to destroy

ū·lə·ha·’ă·ḇîḏ

וּלְהַאֲבִ֣יד

and to throw down

wə·la·hă·rō·ws;

and to plant

wə·lin·ṭō·w·a‘.

וְלִנְטֽוֹעַ׃

Moreover the word

yir·mə·yā·hū;

יִרְמְיָ֑הוּ

of an almond tree

you have well

you have seen

la·‘ă·śō·ṯōw.

לַעֲשֹׂתֽוֹ׃

the second time

and the face

[is] thereof toward

ṣā·p̄ō·w·nāh.

Out of the north

miṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn

shall break forth

the inhabitants

the families

miš·pə·ḥō·wṯ

מִשְׁפְּח֛וֹת

of the kingdoms

mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ

of the north

ṣā·p̄ō·w·nāh

and they shall come

and they shall set

at the entering

of the gates

of Jerusalem

yə·rū·šā·lim,

יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם

ḥō·w·mō·ṯe·hā

חוֹמֹתֶ֙יהָ֙

thereof around

And I will utter

wə·ḏib·bar·tî

וְדִבַּרְתִּ֤י

my judgments

מִשְׁפָּטַי֙

their wickedness

have forsaken me

‘ă·zā·ḇū·nî,

and have burned incense

way·qaṭ·ṭə·rū

וַֽיְקַטְּרוּ֙

and worshiped

way·yiš·ta·ḥă·wū

וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲו֖וּ

of their own hands

therefore gird up

mā·ṯə·ne·ḵā,

wə·ḏib·bar·tā

וְדִבַּרְתָּ֣

’ă·ṣaw·we·kā;

at their faces

mip·pə·nê·hem,

מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם

I confound you

’ă·ḥit·tə·ḵā

lip̄·nê·hem.

לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃

I have made you

nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā

ū·lə·‘am·mūḏ

וּלְעַמּ֥וּד

ū·lə·ḥō·mō·wṯ

to the kings

to its princes

lə·śā·re·hā,

to its priests

lə·ḵō·hă·ne·hā

לְכֹהֲנֶ֖יהָ

and against the people

And they shall fight

wə·nil·ḥă·mū

וְנִלְחֲמ֥וּ

but they shall

lə·haṣ·ṣî·le·ḵā.

לְהַצִּילֶֽךָ׃
