1294) ym (מתס MTs) AC: Squeeze CO: ? AB: Strong: The pictograph m is a picture of water representing might, the y representing the side. Combined these mean "mighty sides". When one strengthens the sides internal pressure is forced on the sides of the upper body.

מוֹץ Zephaniah 2:2 more often defectively מֹץ m. chaff, husk, separated from the grain by winnowing (Ch. מוֹז, מוֹקָא, מוּזָא). Isaiah 41:15. Psalms 35:5, יִהְיוּ כְּמֹץ לִפְנֵי־רוּחַ “let them be as chaff before the wind” (blown away by the wind), compare Psalms 1:4; Job 21:18; Isaiah 17:13.
