O Yahweh, You are my God;I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name;For You have worked wonders,Counsels formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.

And it will be said in that day,"Behold, this is our God in whom we have hoped that He would save us.This is Yahweh in whom we have hoped;Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation."

O Yahweh our God, other masters besides You have ruled us;But through You alone we bring Your name to remembrance.

For his God disciplines and teaches him proper judgment.

But when he sees his children, the work of My hands, in his midst,They will sanctify My name;Indeed, they will sanctify the Holy One of JacobAnd will stand trembling before the God of Israel.

Therefore Yahweh waits with longing to be gracious to you,And therefore He is on high to have compassion on you.For Yahweh is a God of justice;How blessed are all those who wait for Him.

Now the Egyptians are men and not God,And their horses are flesh and not spirit;So Yahweh will stretch out His hand,And he who helps will stumble,And he who is helped will fall,And all of them will come to an end together.

It will flourish profuselyAnd rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy.The glory of Lebanon will be given to it,The majesty of Carmel and Sharon.They will see the glory of Yahweh,The majesty of our God.

Say to those with an anxious heart,"Be strong, fear not.Behold, your God will come with vengeance;The recompense of God will come,But He will save you."

But if you say to me, ‘We trust in Yahweh our God,' is it not He whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah has taken away and has said to Judah and to Jerusalem, ‘You shall worship before this altar'?

Perhaps Yahweh your God will hear the words of Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria has sent to reproach the living God, and will reprove the words which Yahweh your God has heard. Therefore, lift up a prayer for the remnant that is left.'"

"Thus you shall say to Hezekiah king of Judah, ‘Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you, saying, "Jerusalem will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria."

"O Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Incline Your ear, O Yahweh, and hear; open Your eyes, O Yahweh, and see; and listen to all the words of Sennacherib, who sent them to reproach the living God.

But now, O Yahweh our God, save us from his hand that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are Yahweh, You alone."

Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent word to Hezekiah, saying, "Thus says Yahweh, the God of Israel, ‘Because you have prayed to Me about Sennacherib king of Assyria,

Now it happened that as he was worshiping in the house of Nisroch his god, Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons struck him down with the sword; and they escaped into the land of Ararat. And Esarhaddon his son became king in his place.

"Go and say to Hezekiah, ‘Thus says Yahweh, the God of your father David, "I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears; behold, I will add fifteen years to your life.

"Comfort, O comfort My people," says your God.

A voice is calling,"Prepare the way for Yahweh in the wilderness;Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God.
