So that the people wondered, to see the dumb speaking, and the maimed healed, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they praised the God of Israel.

Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.

And Jesus entered into the temple of God, and put out all who were buying and selling in the temple, and he overturned the trays of the money-changers and the stands of those who sold doves.

Which of these two did the will of his father? They said to him, The first one. Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, that even the publicans and the harlots will precede you into the kingdom of God.

Therefore I say to you, that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and will be given to a people who bear fruits.

So they sent to him their disciples together with the Herodians, and they said to him, Teacher, we know that you are true, and you teach the way of God justly; and you do not favor any man, for you do not discriminate between men.

They said, Caesar''s. He said to them, Give therefore to Caesar what is Caesar''s, and to God what is God''s.

Jesus answered, and said to them, You err, because you do not understand the scriptures nor the power of God.

For at the resurrection of the dead, they neither marry women, nor are women given to men in marriage, but they are like the angels of God in heaven.

But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God, saying,

I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob? And yet God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Jesus said to him, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your power, and with all your mind.

And he who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God, and by him who sits on it.

But I say to you, from now on I shall not drink from this fruit of the vine, until the day when I drink it anew with you in the kingdom of God.

And said, This man said, I can tear down the temple of God, and build it in three days.
