Iudge not according to the appearance, but iudge righteous iudgement.

But loe, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing vnto him: Doe the rulers know indeede that this is the very Christ?

Howbeit wee know this man whence he is: but when Christ commeth, no man knoweth whence he is.

Then cried Iesus in the Temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am, and I am not come of my selfe, but he that sent me, is true, whom ye know not.

But I know him, for I am from him, and he hath sent me.

Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his houre was not yet come.

(But this spake he of the Spirit which they that beleeue on him, should receiue. For the holy Ghost was not yet giuen, because that Iesus was not yet glorified.)

Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?

And some of them would haue taken him, but no man layed hands on him.

But this people who knoweth not the Law, are cursed.

Now Moses in the Law commanded vs, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

This they said, tempting him, that they might haue to accuse him. But Iesus stouped downe, and with his finger wrote on the ground as though he heard them not.

When Iesus had lift vp himselfe, and saw none but the woman, hee said vnto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee?

Then spake Iesus againe vnto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth mee, shall not walke in darkenesse, but shall haue the light of life.

Iesus answered, and said vnto them, Though I beare record of my selfe, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I goe: but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I goe.

And yet if I iudge, my iudgement is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

I haue many things to say, and to iudge of you: But hee that sent mee is true, and I speake to the world, those things which I haue heard of him.

Then saide Iesus vnto them, When yee haue lift vp the Sonne of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I doe nothing of my selfe: but as my Father hath taught mee, I speake these things.

And the seruant abideth not in the house for euer: but the Sonne abideth euer.

I know that yee are Abrahams seed, but ye seeke to kill mee, because my word hath no place in you.
