The secret of the Lord is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant.

Redeem Israel, O God, Out of all his troubles.

One thing I have asked from the Lord , that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord And to meditate in His temple.

For in the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; In the secret place of His tent He will hide me; He will lift me up on a rock.

And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, And I will offer in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord .

Because they do not regard the works of the Lord Nor the deeds of His hands, He will tear them down and not build them up.

The Lord is their strength, And He is a saving defense to His anointed.

Ascribe to the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in holy array.

The voice of the Lord makes the deer to calve And strips the forests bare; And in His temple everything says, "Glory!"

The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.

Sing praise to the Lord , you His godly ones, And give thanks to His holy name.

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

Blessed be the Lord , For He has made marvelous His lovingkindness to me in a besieged city.

O love the Lord , all you His godly ones! The Lord preserves the faithful And fully recompenses the proud doer.

For the word of the Lord is upright, And all His work is done in faithfulness.

By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And by the breath of His mouth all their host.

The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord , The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance.

From His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth,

Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness,
