Let the house of Aaron now say, That his loving-kindness [endures] forever.

Blessed are those that keep his testimonies, That seek him with the whole heart.

Yes, they do no unrighteousness; They walk in his ways.

BET How shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed [thereto] according to your word.

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, So Yahweh is round about his people From this time forth and for evermore.

He that goes forth and weeps, bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with joy, bringing his sheaves [with him].

It is vain for you to rise up early, To take rest late, To eat the bread of toil; Thus he gives to his beloved sleep.

Look, sons are a heritage of Yahweh; [And] the fruit of the womb is [his] reward.

Happy is the [noble] man that has his quiver full of them: They shall not be put to shame, When they speak with their enemies in the gate.

A Song of Ascents. Blessed is every one that fears Yahweh, That walks in his ways.

With which the reaper does not fill his hand, Nor he that binds sheaves his bosom.

I wait for Yahweh, my soul waits, And I hope in his word.

And he will redeem Israel From all his iniquities.

Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child with his mother, Like a weaned child is my soul inside me.

A Song of Ascents. Yahweh, remember for David All his affliction;

We will go into his tabernacles; We will worship at his footstool.

For Yahweh has chosen Zion; He has desired it for his habitation.

His enemies I will clothe with shame; But on himself shall his crown flourish.
