It is like the precious oil on the head, That ran down on the beard, Even Aaron's beard; That came down on the skirt of his garments;

For Yah has chosen Jacob to himself, [And] Israel for his own possession.

Who causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain; Who brings forth the wind out of his treasuries;

Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt, On Pharaoh, and on all his slaves;

And gave their land for a heritage, A heritage to Israel his people.

For Yahweh will judge his people, And repent himself concerning his slaves.
