For he commands and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves thereof.

Let the righteous of the LORD give thanks to him; for his mercies are upon the children of men.

A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein.

For thy mercy is great to the heavens; and thy truth reaches to the heaven of heavens.

Give us strength against our enemies; for vain is the help of man.

Through God we shall do valiantly; for he it is who shall tread down our enemies.

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me;

For my love they reproach me; but I have prayed for them.

And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

But thou, O LORD, do good to me for thy names sake; because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.

For I am poor and needy, and my heart is troubled within me.

The LORD has sworn, and will not lie, You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

His works are great and glorious, and his righteousness endures for ever.

The works of his hands are truth and justice, and they endure for ever and ever.

He has sent salvation to his people; his covenant shall be remembered for ever; holy and revered is his name.

The reverence of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all they that do his commandments; his praise endures for ever.

Wealth and riches shall be in his house; and his righteousness endures for ever.

Surely he shall not be moved for ever; the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

He has given generously, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures for ever and ever; his horn shall be exalted with honor.

Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.
