I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine; he pastures his flock among the lilies.

Your new moons and your appointed festivals my soul hates; they have become a burden to me, I am weary of bearing them.

Like a swallow or a crane I clamor, I moan like a dove. My eyes are weary with looking upward. O Lord, I am oppressed; be my security!

Who has performed and done this, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord , am first, and will be with the last.

do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

I am the Lord , I have called you in righteousness, I have taken you by the hand and kept you; I have given you as a covenant to the people, a light to the nations,

I am the Lord , that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to idols.

For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in exchange for you.

Do not fear, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, and from the west I will gather you;
