When therefore you see the detestable thing of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let him that reads understand),

and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

even so you also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, [even] at the doors.

Then the righteous shall answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? or thirsty, and give you drink?

And when did we see you a stranger, and take you in? or naked, and clothe you?

And when did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?

Then they shall also answer, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and not serve you?

But Peter followed him from far off, to the court of the high priest, and entered in, and sat with the attendants, to see the end.

Jesus said to him, You have said: nevertheless I say to you, From now on you shall see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.

saying, I have sinned in that I betrayed innocent blood. But they said, What is that to us? you see [to it].

So when Pilate saw that he prevailed nothing, but rather that a tumult was arising, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this man; you see [to it].

And the rest said, Let [him] be; let us see whether Elijah comes to save him.

Now late on the Sabbath day, as it began to dawn toward the first [day] of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.

He is not here; for he is risen, even as he said. Come, see the place where he was lying.

And go quickly, and tell his disciples, He is risen from the dead; and look, he goes before you into Galilee; there you shall see him: look, I have told you.

Then Jesus says to them, Don't be afraid: go tell my brothers that they depart into Galilee, and there they shall see me.

and says to him, See [that] you say nothing to any man: but go show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.

that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest perhaps they should turn again, and it should be forgiven them.

And those that fed them fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they came to see what it was that had come to pass.

And his disciples said to him, You see the multitude thronging you, and you say, Who touched me?
