and he said, If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians: for I am Yahweh that heals you.

This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded, Gather of it every man according to his eating; an omer a head, according to the number of your persons, you shall take it, every man for those that are in his tent.

And when they measured it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.

And they gathered it morning by morning, every man according to his eating: and when the sun waxed hot, it melted.

See, since Yahweh has given you the Sabbath, therefore he gives you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.

And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; And his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

Now Jethro, the priest of Midian, Moses' father-in-law, heard of all that God had done for Moses, and for Israel his people, how that Yahweh had brought Israel out of Egypt.

And Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, came with his sons and his wife to Moses into the wilderness where he was encamped, at the mount of God:

And Moses went out to meet his father-in-law, and did obeisance, and kissed him: and they asked each other of their welfare; and they came into the tent.

And Moses told his father-in-law all that Yahweh had done to Pharaoh and to the Egyptians for Israel's sake, all the travail that had come on them by the way, and how Yahweh delivered them.

And Moses said to his father-in-law, Because the people come to me to inquire of God:

when they have a matter, it comes to me; and I judge between a man and his neighbor, and I make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.

So Moses listened to the voice of his father-in-law, and did all that he had said.

And Moses let his father-in-law depart; and he went his way into his own land.

You shall not take the name of Yahweh your God in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him innocent that takes his name in vain.

You shall not covet your neighbor's house, you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male slave, nor his female slave, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.

And Moses said to the people, Don't be afraid: for God has come to prove you, and that his fear may be before you, that you don't sin.

If he comes in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he is married, then his wife shall go out with him.
