When God opened his mouth, it was the Word that spoke and made all things. Nothing is made without the Word of God.

Now John was not the light, but his message was to give everyone the truth about who the light is.

He rode straight to his people, but they shunned him and turned him away.

But because of his love, he offered the chance for every cowboy and cowgirl to become one of God's kids just by believing in him.

So the Word of God put on a human body and rode among us. We saw his magnificence. This bright light that shone from him, a light that only the soul can see, was a gift from the Father to his only Boy. God's Son rode with a love that wouldn't quit and a faithfulness that could not be snuffed out.

No one has ever laid eyes on God, but his Top Hand, who is God himself, has seen him and knows him. And it's Jesus who has shown us who God really is.

Though his ministry will come after mine, I'm not worthy to pull his boots off after a long day of gatherin'."

This exchange between John and the Pharisees took place at a place called Bethany, east of Jordan Creek. It's where John did his baptizing.

Andy went and found his brother and told him, "I have found the Top Hand who will save us all! I have found the Christ!"

The next day, Jesus attended a wedding in Cana with his mom.

This was Jesus's first miracle, and his cowboys believed in him because of what they had seen.

Later, Jesus and his cowboys rode to Capernaum for a spell. His mother and brothers rode along also.

His cowboys remembered that it had been written long ago, "I'll protect my Daddy's place at all cost."

But they didn't realize that when he said "this church", he was talking about his body.

But Jesus never let his guard down because he knew their sorry tendencies.

"This is how much the Boss loves his hands, he sent his only Son, the Top Hand, that everyone who believes in him shall not perish, but live forever on God's outfit.

Then Jesus and his cowboys left Jerusalem and went out into the countryside. Jesus stuck around there for a while baptizing people.

John was out near Aenon doing his baptizing. He was there because there was plenty of water to baptize.

When a man gets married, the best man isn't offended when everyone goes to talk to the groom. He's just happy to stand up with him and hear the vows that are made. I'm very happy for his success and now my life has been made complete.

It's his time to shine, and time for me to saddle up and ride away. My job is done.
