See, God is my Helper. The Lord is the One Who keeps my soul alive.

Let them be like a snail that melts away as it goes. Like a baby born dead, may they never see the sun.

See, they spit with their mouth. Swords are in their lips. And they say, "Who can hear us?"

They talk each other into doing sinful things. They talk about setting hidden traps. They say, "Who will see them?"

They will be made to trip and fall. Their own tongue is against them. All who see them will shake their heads.

Come and see what God has done. There is much fear because of His great works toward the children of men.
